Mek\u00e2n, toplumsal de\u011ferlere ve anlamlara dayal\u0131 olan, mek\u00e2nsal alg\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131 belirleyen bir toplumsal \u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mek\u00e2n; saf, apolitik, yans\u0131z veya siyasetten ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bilimsel bir nesne de\u011fildir. Aksine mek\u00e2n, her zaman politik ve stratejik hedeflerin merkezi olmu\u015ftur. Kent mek\u00e2n\u0131, toplumun kendini yeniden \u00fcretmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli olmakla beraber, farkl\u0131 sosyal ve siyasi sistemlerde farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imler al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu noktada her \u00fcretim bi\u00e7iminin, kendi mekan\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretebilece\u011fini belirtmek gerek. Kapitalist sistemde egemen s\u0131n\u0131f olan burjuvazi, mekanlar\u0131 kendi ideolojik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri do\u011frultusunda in\u015fa eder veya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Mek\u00e2n\u0131n \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde yarat\u0131lan yeni mek\u00e2nlar ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni toplumsal ili\u015fkiler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Tabi sermaye bu \u00fcretimi yaparken kent mek\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 sadece \u00fcretimin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir mek\u00e2n olarak g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir, ayn\u0131 zamanda mek\u00e2n\u0131n kendisini al\u0131n\u0131r-sat\u0131l\u0131r bir rant arac\u0131na, yani metaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.

\nHenri Lefebvre, kenti, birbiri ile ili\u015fkili \u00fc\u00e7 kavramla tan\u0131mlar: mek\u00e2n, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat ve kapitalist sosyal ili\u015fkilerin yeniden \u00fcretimi. Bu perspektife g\u00f6re kent, \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerinin, insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcndelik hayat deneyimlerinde yeniden \u00fcretildi\u011fi bir k\u00fcresel, mek\u00e2nsal ba\u011flam olarak ifade edilmektedir. Kapitalist sosyal ili\u015fkiler, mek\u00e2n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7inde yeniden \u00fcretilmektedir. Ya\u015fan\u0131lan mek\u00e2n, sadece sosyal hayat\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi edilgen bir sahne de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal hayat\u0131n tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir unsuru temsil etmektedir. Bu nedenle, sosyal ili\u015fkiler ve ya\u015fan\u0131lan mek\u00e2n g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir \u015fekilde birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.

\nSon zamanlarda Marksistlerin ve \u00f6zellikle de Henri Lefebvre\u2019nin kentin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, i\u015fleyi\u015fini analiz ederken pek \u00e7ok kez kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kavram var: Kent hakk\u0131.

\n\u2018\u2019Kent hakk\u0131 kavram\u0131, basit bir ziyaret ya da geleneksel \u015fehirlere geri d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, yenilenmi\u015f kentsel ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 olarak form\u00fcle edilebilir. Burada kilit nokta ise, kullan\u0131m de\u011feri-de\u011fi\u015fim de\u011feri ile paralel bir \u015fekilde sahiplenme-tahakk\u00fcm kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7i\u015fin kent hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in hayati olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \nKent hakk\u0131, en basit tan\u0131m\u0131yla, bir kentte ya\u015fayan bireylerin kendi g\u00fcndelik hayatlar\u0131 dahilinde kenti d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilmesi ve yeni mekanlar yaratabilmesidir. Kent hakk\u0131 kavram\u0131, egemenlerin mekanlar\u0131 kendi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda in\u015fa etme ve \u00f6rg\u00fctleme faaliyetine kar\u015f\u0131 yoksullar\u0131n, ezilenlerin ya da madunlar\u0131n kentte insanca ya\u015fam hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu vurgular. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu kavram, ezilenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece me\u015fru bir hakt\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz ki bu hak \u00e7o\u011funlukla isyan, direni\u015f ve ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 meydana getirir. As\u0131l odaklanmam\u0131z gereken k\u0131s\u0131m da tam olarak buras\u0131d\u0131r kan\u0131mca. \u00d6ncelikle, Gezi\u2019yi, AKP\u2019nin 2002-2013 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 neo-liberal politikalar\u0131n do\u011furdu\u011fu y\u0131k\u0131msal sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n ve halk\u0131n geni\u015f kesimlerinin \u2013\u2018kendili\u011findenci\u2019 \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip olarak- in\u015fa etti\u011fi bir s\u00fcrecin e\u015fli\u011finde okumak daha do\u011fru ve verimli olacakt\u0131r.
